Welcome to Danbywell.com These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

  • Flexible Usage:

    Purchased hours can be used for any of the services we provide. Whether you need strategic insights, operational guidance, or leadership development, your hours are there when you need them

  • Validity Period:

    Purchased hours must be used within 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Unused hours will not be refunded but can be rolled over to a new package if renewed before expiration

  • Additional Hours:

    The client will always be informed that the current hours block is about to be exceeded, and will be allowed to purchase an additional block. If the client chooses not to purchase another block, then additional hours will be billed at the base rate.

  • Booking Meetings:

    Clients can book consulting hours between 7:30 AM and 5 PM CAT, Monday through Friday. Time slots are to be booked through a provided calendar link. If no suitable time is available, clients can email to coordinate an alternative time. Emergency blocks are reserved for such situations.

  • Working Around Planned Out Of Office Time:

    Any blackout dates due to planned out-of-office time will be communicated at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure clients can plan accordingly.

  • Rescheduling And Cancellations:

    Meetings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a deduction of the scheduled time from the total block.

  • Monthly Reporting:

    At the end of every month, a report will be provided outlining the following:
    • The total number of hours included in the current block (including any rolled-over hours) .
    • The number of hours used to date.
    • An itemized list of how the hours were spent that month.
    • The number of hours remaining If no hours are used in a given month, a new report will not be generated.

  • Payment Terms:

    Full payment is required upfront before the commencement of services. Payments can be made via credit card during checkout.
