Previous Roles:

Our team has assumed different roles such as Assistant Hotel Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager, Business Development Executive, Research Assistant, Virtual Assistant, ICT Officer, Tourism officer responsible for Tourism Planning and Development, Senior Tourism Officer responsible for Destination Marketing. Principal Tourism Officer responsible for tourism destination marketing.

We understand that every person or business has different needs. Understanding these diverse needs/perspectives is very important to us because it guides on how we may best assist our clients. We mostly like to work with people in a customised way. ‘’Not one size fits all’’ approach.

  • Facilitated tourism investment projects in Accommodation, Tour operations and Food enterprises worth over MK 5b.
  • Developed over 50 project proposals/business plans for businesses
  • We have inspected over 250 Tourism enterprises to enhance quality assurance in the tourism sector.
  • We have prepared and assessed over four Tourism accommodation enterprises for Star rating.
  • We have assisted registration of over 115 Tourism businesses
  • We have helped development of over 100 Tourism businesses
  • Assisted in the formulation of The Malawi National Tourism Policy: 2019-2023
  • Assisted in undertaking of the only Malawi Domestic and Outbound Tourism Survey (2021) and development of the Experiential Malawi Satellite Accounting System.
  • Facilitated numerous press trips/ Fam tours for Malawi as a tourist destination.
